iCare Advocacy Support

Action for People with Disability has been awarded the tender to provide independent advocacy support to Lifetime Care participants, helping individuals address disputes or complaints related to services and decisions around their access to supports.

Our advocates will assist people to understand processes, communicate concerns, attend meetings, and resolve issues while ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.

This service is impartial, free, and available to participants and family members at any time, offering emotional support and practical guidance without influencing Lifetime Care’s decision-making.

By providing accessible, person-centered advocacy, we help participants navigate complex systems and maintain autonomy in decisions affecting their lives.

To get started, fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you.
